# SimpliFed

> SimpliFed is a virtual maternal health company providing breastfeeding, baby feeding, and postpartum/pregnancy care, fully covered by insurance for most patients. Founded in 2019 by Andrea Ippolito, it connects families with board-certified lactation consultants, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, midwives, and other maternal health experts for judgment-free virtual visits from pregnancy through weaning. SimpliFed also partners with health plans, health systems, and employers to extend baby feeding and maternal health benefits to their members.

SimpliFed is based in Ithaca, NY, and works with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, and donor milk journeys alike. Care is delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant video visits, with insurance verified upfront.
