Great news! Employees and dependents on our health plan have access to virtual baby feeding and breastfeeding support services, starting in pregnancy through SimpliFed.
You are eligible for 1:1 virtual support from certified baby feeding clinicians from the comfort and safety of home. The benefit covers up to six appointments at no cost to you, starting in pregnancy.
SimpliFed can help you with all your baby feeding questions and concerns, including:
• Breastfeeding: Latch and positioning, Low and oversupply issues;
• Cracked or sore nipples
• Transitions: Prenatal prep, return to work, traveling while feeding, introducing solid foods, and weaning
• Breast pumping: Getting sized for your breast pump and selecting the right breast pump for you
• Formula feeding: Identifying the right formula for you whether fully formula feeding or combo feeding
